The DMDM (Distributed Medical Device Manufacturing) worker's collective specializes in getting safe, effective tourniquets into crisis zones where they're needed. We're working with North Start Health Collective, street medic crews currently on the ground in Minneapolis, to get our tourniquets out into the streets where they're urgently needed.

Since September, ICE agents have shot 10 people, including Renee Good, who was shot and killed by ICE agents in Minneapolis on January 7. ICE also shot another person in Minneapolis on January 14, wounding them in the leg. As ICE operations and the powerful community response to them continue to escalate, it’s essential for lifesaving medical devices to be ready at hand with those on the front lines.

We're raising $2550 to send 100 tourniquets which cost $25 each (approximately $10 less than the leading corporate brands) + $50 for shipping. Funds raised over the goal will be used to send additional tourniquets to Minneapolis or to a future crisis zone.
