Generation Patient’s Community Grocery Grants operate as mutual aid for our community of young adults living with chronic and rare medical conditions.

These are difficult times, with many people in the U.S. facing financial hardship and uncertainty. This is especially true for young adults living with chronic medical conditions, which can have a lasting, devastating financial impact. The high cost of medications, insurance premiums, and additional care needs place an enormous strain on finances, which can be debilitating for young people, especially those with little to no outside or familial support.

Our goal is simple: to offer a small but meaningful form of relief to our community members who are struggling to make ends meet during this time. Every month, one young adult patient from our community will receive $100 to help cover basic necessities.

We plan to award $100 per month for the rest of 2025 and your donation will help us continue to provide this small safety net to young adult patients facing financial hardship. Your contribution will go directly to a young adult patient in our community. Thank you for helping us make a difference.
