Over this past year, Safe Space Through Fitness (SSTF) continued its mission of training through trauma, using movement, nourishment, and mentorship to gently help survivors rebuild from the inside out. What began as personal healing has grown into community impact across Indianapolis.

Our measurable impact:

🟣 Served 100+ women through trauma-informed fitness at Coburn Place and Wheeler Mission

🟣 Supported women in recovery and transition with safe, consistent wellness programming

🟣 Partnered with Wellness Connection, Overcoming Church, Farr’s Best, and CAGI for the Walk Toward Wellness event

🟣 Continued building partnerships that meet people where they are—physically, nutritionally, and emotionally

🟣 Began expanding into corporate wellness and an upcoming housing development in Indianapolis
