Dear supporter,

Thank you for reserving your time slot for our next Pop-Up Pawdicures drive-up cat nail trim event.

Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your appointment and drive up to the shelter's front entrance. A volunteer will come out and transport your cat(s) inside for their nail trims and then back to your vehicle.

In order to reduce stress on your cat(s), serve everyone as quicklyas possible and protect the safety of our staff and volunteers, we have implemented new requirements for 2025:

• All cats must arrive in secure cat carriers.

• Proof of rabies is required for all cats receiving nail trims. Please bring a paper copy or show a screenshot on your phone to the volunteer who comes to your vehicle. Please note that as of March 1, 2025, we can no longer trim nails of cats who do not have proof of up-to-date rabies vaccines.

• If we cannot safely trim your cats’ nails applying our fear-free handling techniques, we may not be able to provide this service.

• We offer free 1-to-1 nail trim training sessionsto show you how to trim your cat’s nails. To setup a session, or if you need assistance or havequestions, please contact our Cat Team at cat@oahs.org or 920-424-2128 x.106.

If you were able to make a donation for your cat/s' nail trims, we truly appreciate it. Your financial support enables us to continue our lifesaving mission to help every animal that comes through our doors.

Again, thank you!

Warmly,

Ieva Engel
Executive Director
