Like many livestock industries, we face the challenge of cultivating the next generation of owners, breeders, exhibitors, and leaders. The National Youth Show Fund is an investment in that future.

That is why the National Alpaca Foundation created the National Youth Show Fund.

This fund supports meaningful youth experiences at the AOA National Alpaca Show, providing opportunities for learning, leadership development, hands-on activities, competition, mentorship, and connection. Gifts help fund youth education programs, judges, obstacle course experiences, special events, and other activities designed specifically for National Show youth exhibitors.

For many young people, the National Show is more than a competition. It is where confidence is built, friendships are formed, skills are developed, and a lifelong commitment to alpacas begins. It is where young exhibitors discover they belong in this industry and can play an important role in its future.
