We're proud to launch this initiative with a $5,000 donation from North San Diego County REALTORS®, which will be matched dollar for dollar by the Parker Foundation, immediately generating $10,000 to support Operation HOPE's life-changing work. About Operation HOPE-North County

Home is more than four walls. It's the foundation for safety, healing, and hope.

Since 2004, Operation HOPE–North County has been providing families experiencing homelessness with more than just a place to stay. What began as a grassroots effort by community members determined to ensure no child slept without shelter has grown into one of North County San Diego's only year-round family shelter and transitional housing programs.

Today, our Steps to Independence program provides private family shelter, nutritious meals, trauma-informed case management, housing navigation, financial literacy, parenting education, employment support, and youth enrichment in a safe, structured environment.

Each year, we serve approximately 150 individuals, more than 60% of whom are children, helping families move from crisis to stability and independence. Nearly 70% of families who complete our program successfully transition to stable housing. Your gift provides more than shelter. It provides safety, dignity, hope, and the opportunity for children and their parents to build a brighter future together.
