Sponsor New York-based youth and young adults with disabilities in leadership development activities of their choice;
Recognize disability rights champions through the New York State Disability Rights Hall of Fame;
Conduct statewide community outreach to determine what disabled New Yorkers need to live independently;
Support and promote programs and resources offered by community-based Centers for Independent Living.
