Dr. Swisher completed her Neurology residency at Duke in 2011, followed by fellowships in Clinical Neurophysiology (2012) and Neurocritical Care (2014). After five years as faculty at Duke, where she also served as the Neurocritical Care Fellowship Program Director, she relocated to Charlotte, NC in 2020. Since then, she has been practicing as a Neurointensivist and ICU EEG specialist at Atrium Health.
