Amplify Mission Network creates ripples of impact in our communities by connecting business and nonprofit leaders.
The inspiring stories, moving music, and compelling mission behind this event will illuminate our interconnectedness with God and others.
Erik Weihenmayer is one of the most celebrated and accomplished athletes in the world. Despite losing his vision at age 14, he is an accomplished climber, paraglider, skier, and kayaker who never allows blindness to interfere with his passion for pursuing an exhilarating and fulfilling life.
Erik understands better than most that barriers are real, not merely perceived, and that obstacles encountered can either stop us in our tracks, or we can figure out a way to harness them and propel ourselves to new places that we would never get to in any other way.
Erik will take audiences on a journey to discover the tools and insights to develop what he calls the “No Barriers Mindset,” what it takes for individuals, teams, and organizations to turn into the storm, convert challenges into greatness, and reach for nearly impossible goals.
In the summer of 2019, Courtland Pickens founded Known MPLS, an audition-based community gospel youth choir. The choral ensemble was established in the later part of 2019 as an extension of Voicez, Inc., a 501(c)(3), nonprofit music organization striving to train and develop the next generation of singers and composers throughout the Twin Cities.
The choir serves youth between the ages of 12-25 and promotes self-esteem, leadership skills, cultural awareness, discipline and a commitment to excellence.
100% of the proceeds go to Amplify Mission Network, a 501 (c)(3) which funds opportunities to connect emerging Minnesota ministries with Christian business leaders, amplifying Christ's work in the world.
