How To Love Yourselfie encourages youth and adults to look inward, build self-worth, and develop the tools to navigate social media safely. By addressing body image, comparison, online pressures, and harmful messaging, the program helps reduce risks connected to eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts — while empowering participants to see themselves with more compassion and strength.
Big C New Me and the Power Crew event support cancer survivors and caregivers as they navigate life after treatment. Offering healing-centered makeover experiences, and connecting participants to local resources that offer continued care, encouragement, and support beyond the day itself.
7 Chairs uses dance, movement, and storytelling to give form to the emotions people often struggle to express. Centered around seven chairs representing a self-help group, the performance explores grief, addiction, loss, healing, and the shared human need to be heard, understood, and no longer alone.
Canvas of Culinary Arts uses food as a pathway to creativity, nourishment, education, and connection. Through online and in-person experiences, BTCF brings together chefs, participants, donors, and communities for cooking, conversation, and meaningful shared experiences tailored to each audience.
