Event Details

The event will be held at Luter Sports Complex, 900 W Main Street, Smithfield, VA 23430. In the event of rain, we will send an email with changes and general information the day before.

You will need to provide your own chairs, table, and tent. NNO Smithfield will assign spaces. NO ON-SITE SALES TRANSACTIONS, but you are encouraged to have giveaways, activities, and coupons to draw people to your booth. Full payment is needed for all Red, White, and Blue Sponsors, unless an arrangement has been made with committee members.

Set-up begins at NOON on October 3, 2023. All booths must be set up by 4:15 pm and must stay open till 7:00 pm. FREE dinner will begin being served at 4:45 pm.
