Let It Grow

Every forest starts with a single seed—and every act of love starts with a single "yes." This week, students and leaders from North Boulevard Church of Christ are trading comfort for calloused hands, planting seeds of hope in the lives of children who need to know they're seen, valued, and loved. Like the Once-ler discovered too late, what we plant matters more than what we take. So this week, we dig in. We water what's fragile. We protect what's growing. And we trust that even the smallest act of service—a hug, a meal, an hour of undivided attention—can grow into something that outlasts us all.

But seeds need more than good intentions—they need support. That's why we're raising $16,000 this campaign—$1,000 for each of the 16 children currently calling the City of Children their own. Every gift, no matter the size, helps cover the soil these seeds are planted in: supplies, meals, transportation, and the resources it takes to show up well for these kids. Your gift is how you get to plant alongside us, even from home. Because when we care a whole awful lot, things get better. They get so much better—and it starts with all of us, unless.
