Empowering Northridge Middle School Through Community

Every student deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, build confidence, and dream bigger than their circumstances.

The Empowering Northridge Middle School Community Investment Initiative is more than a fundraiser it's a movement to invest in students, educators, and families while creating a model of what is possible when schools and communities work together.

In partnership with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, The 4th Quarter Foundation is launching its Founding Campaign with a goal of raising $10,000 to provide life-changing opportunities that help every Hawk learn, lead, and thrive.

Together, we're not simply funding programs we're building a stronger school community.

Why This Matters

Success isn't determined only inside the classroom.

Students thrive when they have mentors who believe in them, teachers who feel supported, opportunities to explore new passions, and a community that invests in their future.

Your generosity helps remove barriers while creating experiences that inspire confidence, leadership, and lifelong success.

When we invest in one student, we strengthen an entire community.
