#NotPartOfTheJob: A National Fundraising Drive to End Workplace Abuse

Every October, we talk about bullying in schools—but bullying doesn’t stop when the paycheck starts. Millions of adults face psychological abuse at work: intimidation, sabotage, isolation, gaslighting, and retaliation for speaking up.

And in most states, that abuse is still perfectly legal.

End Workplace Abuse is building a national movement to change that. We’re advocating for the Workplace Psychological Safety Act, providing free resources for people in toxic workplaces, and pushing employers to create environments rooted in respect—not fear.

This October, during National Bullying Prevention Month, we’re calling on everyone who believes in psychological safety at work to join us.
