The NPA Girls Flag Football Skills Development + NIL Education Camp is designed to help athletes continue building the foundation needed to grow in the game of flag football while also learning how to navigate the student-athlete journey the right way.

This camp will provide athletes with a structured development experience focused on fundamentals, position-specific skills, football IQ, game understanding, speed, agility, body control, injury prevention, confidence, leadership, and education.

As girls flag football continues to expand, we want athletes and families to be prepared both on and off the field. In addition to athletic development, the camp will include NIL education to help families better understand branding, recruiting, athlete visibility, and the opportunities and responsibilities that may come with the growth of the sport.

This experience is part of a broader effort to build a strong development pathway for female flag football athletes and their families.
