For over 20 years, the Nantucket Shellfish Association has helped protect and preserve Nantucket’s harbors, water quality, and shellfish fisheries.

2024 was a productive year as we expanded the programs, research & grants, events, projects, and initiatives we were able to offer our island community.

We are beyond grateful for the financial support from our members, donors, and partners who made this possible.

We love our online fundraising platform Give Butter, but we want to point out that they do ask for a "tip" when making a donation via credit card to us. There are two ways to avoid making this "tip" - (1) make sure that the tip % is reduced in the dropdown menu OR (2) opt to send in a check, in which you will also avoid the credit card processing fees that are applied. Give Butter does not charge us fees which we are super appreciative of, but we don't want you to feel obligated to cover the "tip" cost that may be added to your transaction by default prior to confirming.
