In April 1956, the Concord High School Speech Team was officially chartered as a member of the National Forensic League (renamed to National Speech & Debate Association). Now, 70 years later, the team is sending 5 members to the 101st NSDA National Tournament in Richmond, VA.

Senior Kessa Krecsmar will be competing in Lincoln-Douglas while juniors Jonathan Franco Guzman, Paola. Garcia, Aliah Munoz, and senior Lizzy Evans will represent the Northeast Indiana district in World Schools Debate.

The team has begun working to raise the money needed to attend the tournament, and we need your help. In honor of our 70th anniversary as an NSDA charter member, our goal is to find 100 supporters to donate $70.00 toward our trip. Any money above our goal that we raise will be used toward our team expenses in the future and the purchase of another trophy case to display our team trophies.
