Several of our team members have been with us for over 25 years, exemplifying the dedication and commitment that make our organization a safe haven for children in need. Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork

Administration: Our administrative staff plays a significant role in ensuring our workforce has the tools and support they need to accomplish our mission.
Kitchen Staff: Our kitchen staff prepares mouth-watering meals with a passion for serving both our people and visitors during events.
Maintenance Crew: Our maintenance crew diligently ensures that our 40+ acre campus in Thomasville is well-managed, safe, and cared for, providing a beautiful and secure environment for our programs.

Our Unwavering Commitment

Our Clubhouse: Our clubhouse in Thomas County supports over 30 children, offering tutoring, counseling, fun activities, and meals before driving them home.
Clinical and Community Staff: Our clinical and therapy teams work tirelessly across six counties in Southwest Georgia, providing essential services in schools, homes, and often after hours. They go above and beyond, running errands and helping families complete necessary paperwork when transportation is a barrier.
Residential Program: Our residential program operates 24/7, with team members working 12-hour shifts to keep our children safe and ensure their needs are met. The work can be tough and is often met with discord and friction, but our team remains steadfast in their commitment to providing the best care and support for the children and families we serve.
Community and Training Programs: Our community and training programs play a crucial role in ensuring our workforce is well-equipped and supported to deliver on our mission.
