That’s where The Becoming Initiative steps in.

A yearlong hybrid program built with and for youth, it blends virtual sessions and in-person workshops to build communication, collaboration, creativity, and leadership. Each participant designs a real-world community project, gaining hands-on experience and confidence to lead change. Graduates join a growing Alumni Network for ongoing mentorship and leadership opportunities—creating a lasting ripple of empowered youth.
