At Elena’s Light, our mission is to empower refugee women to build brighter, more self-sufficient futures. Through programs in English as a Second Language (ESL) tutoring, health education, driving permit test preparation, and legal rights advocacy, we work to dismantle cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic barriers. Our services are offered free of charge, culturally competent, and supported by interpreters to ensure accessibility for all.
