Dear Oakwood Football Legend,

It may have been a while since we shared the gridiron, but the tradition of Oakwood Football is stronger than ever. As we head into an exciting 2026 season, we're launching Legends of Oakwood Football for the first time - a way for alumni and supporters to reconnect, celebrate our football tradition, and help ensure the program continues to thrive for future Lumberjacks.

Whether you graduated decades ago or recently, we'd love to have you join us.

If you're local, kick-off the season with us on Friday, August 14 at Kramer's Tavern from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.

We'll catch up with old teammates and fellow alumni before heading together to the Oakwood High School scrimmage at Mack Hummon Stadium at 7:00 PM to cheer on the next generation of Lumberjacks.

Oakwood Football Legends is supported by the Oakwood Schools Foundation.

The Oakwood Schools Foundation supports and enhances the education of Oakwood students through scholarships, grants, program, and capital enhancements. The Oakwood Schools Foundation was founded in 1981. To date, more than $1,000,000 has been granted from the Foundation to support students in the Oakwood Schools. The Oakwood Schools Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and is a component fund of The Dayton Foundation.
