Our Story

Ohio Ballot Protection was born in the summer of 2025, when a small group of women from Northeast Ohio started meeting to discuss how to safeguard democracy close to home. What began as a few spirited conversations soon evolved into a focused, statewide effort to strengthen fair and transparent elections in Ohio.

Through Ohio Ballot Protection, we educate Ohioans about what ballot initiatives can help them achieve—and how that process must evolve to truly benefit Ohioans.

We're neighbors, parents, and professionals who care deeply about protecting the rights and voices of Ohio's voters. What unites us is a shared belief that fair elections are not just a policy goal, but a moral responsibility.
