Thank you for reserving your spot for the Sunset Sound Bath at Okihi. We’re excited to share this special evening with you.

Our sound baths are immersive experiences designed to guide participants into deep relaxation and dreamlike awareness through vibration and intentional sound.

Because the experience takes place outdoors in nature, a little preparation helps you get the most out of it.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or comfortable ground pad

• Blanket or sleeping bag

• Pillow or head support

• Warm layers (evenings cool down quickly)

• Water bottle

• Optional: eye mask

The goal is to create a comfortable nest so you can fully relax during the sound journey.

Arrival

Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 4pm before the sound bath to explore the Okihi sanctuary, settle in, and enjoy the landscape.

What to Expect

The sound bath lasts approximately 60 minutes and may include:

• Tibetan singing bowls

• Crystal bowls

• Gongs

• Flutes and drums

• Voice and ambient soundscapes

Participants typically lie down comfortably while the sound waves guide the mind into deep relaxation.

Some people experience vivid imagery, emotional release, or deep sleep. Every experience is unique.
