My name is Cassandra Logan, I am the Executive Director of One Silverstar our philosophy is unity is the best community. One Silverstar mission is to offer a hands up approach not just a handout by building prosperous communities through sustainable affordable housing, health, education, employment and arts. Instead of simply providing aid, the "hands-up" approach focuses on empowering individuals and communities to find sustainable solutions to their own challenges. This fosters self-reliance and long-term independence. Together, we can transform neighborhoods from blighted urban deserts into vibrant urban oases, significantly improving the lives of countless families. By contributing our efforts, we can create a ripple effect of positive change by addressing the root causes of crime in our communities, such as limited access to affordable housing, education, a lack of hope, employment opportunities, and mental health services. We strive to make this a shared goal."

One Silverstar has a opportunity to obtain the property pictured below ... Lot 1 - 11. Number 8 - 9 is a building that is 7500 sq. ft. that is need of a total rehab. This building will be the Revitalizing Education, Arts, & Affordable Housing Community Hub ( R.E.A.C.H ). LOT 1 - 7 is space to develop sustainable affordable housing ( 3 & 4 bdr ). The housing project will be done in phases.
