Revitalize Community Development Corporation (Revitalize CDC) was founded with a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to live in a safe, healthy home. What began as a grassroots effort to repair homes for neighbors in need has grown into a trusted nonprofit that transforms entire communities across Western Massachusetts.

For nearly three decades, Revitalize CDC has mobilized thousands of volunteers, community partners, and skilled professionals to rehabilitate homes, improve accessibility, and address critical health and safety hazards. Our focus goes beyond fixing roofs and repairing furnaces—we create homes that are free from asthma triggers, lead paint, and unsafe conditions that threaten the well-being of families.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our impact to strengthen whole neighborhoods. We build playgrounds, repair community centers, and partner with healthcare organizations to address the link between housing and health. By leveraging volunteers, contractors, and financial support, every dollar invested in Revitalize CDC multiplies, stretching resources to help as many households as possible.

At our heart, we are a coalition of neighbors helping neighbors. We believe that when families are safe in their homes, children thrive in school, seniors can age with dignity, and communities grow stronger together.
