Students are at the heart of all we do. They can meet because someone organized it. Someone got the school's approval. Someone wrote the school year's plan. Someone ran payroll, renewed the background checks, and filed the insurance. Someone was working to find where the next school would open to Impact.

None of that shows up in the photos. All of it has to be paid for.

Operational Support is the main engine of Impact

It keeps Impact running, and for 25 years it has quietly carried this ministry into schools. Today that means 45 student-led chapters and just over 1,000 students every single week.

Your gifts support:

The directors who lead this ministry. Impact's staff are core-funded, and most of every dollar given here supports them
Meetings and travel to visit with principals, superintendents, and school office staff that keep chapters functioning
Lesson development, the school year calendar, and the work of getting a new chapter approved, staffed, and launched
Retreats, leadership summits, and school assemblies, from booking (and paying) the speaker to the debriefing afterward
Payroll, hiring, onboarding, background checks, renewals, insurance, accounting, and annual filings
Visioning where Impact goes next, and how we can develop student leaders, and share the love of Christ

It takes about $11,800 a month in giving to keep this ministry running. Recurring monthly gifts are what make this possible.

Whether you have partnered with Impact for years or found yourself here from a link, thank you. A gift here is not tied to one program or one season. It goes wherever the work needs it most, which is usually the least glamorous place!

Give today, and help us keep the tank full.
