Story

The Foothill Christian Legacy Youth Orchestra (FCLYO) is excited to announce our return to a regular performance season in the fall, culminating in a June 2022 tour to Orlando, Florida! The Orlando 2022 tour will include performances and/or music workshops at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. But in order to get there, we need YOUR help! Thank you so much for making a donation, however small, to our tour fund. Your donation will allow all of our members to travel and participate in this very special performance tour.

FCLYO is a community string orchestra open to young musicians from the San Gabriel Valley area. Auditions are held every spring, and rehearsals are located at Foothill Christian School in Glendora, CA on Mondays from 5:00-6:30 during the school year.

FCLYO travels on an annual performance tour to provide our young musicians with the opportunity to travel and perform their music around the country. Past tours have included San Diego in 2018 and New York (including a performance at Carnegie Hall) in 2019. We were disappointed when our 2020 tour to San Francisco was cancelled less than two weeks before we were set to depart, and due to COVID-19, we were also unable to travel or perform publicly in 2021. With your support, our journey to the Orlando 2022 tour starts on June 4th. Join us.
