It's an exciting time for us as we launch our 2022 Promise Campaign, our major annual fundraiser, to help ensure we can continue to empower youth by providing equal access to educational opportunities and hands-on career experiences.

Since 2015, we've worked with more than 900 Harrisonburg youth, helping them explore career paths and develop skills to set them on the path toward success. This year, however, was a special year as we expanded our impact by launching a program site at Kate Collins Middle School in Waynesboro.

We knew that expanding outside of Harrisonburg was the right next step and that we had the leadership, the experience, and the support to make it happen – bringing us one step closer to building a world where all youth are on the road to realizing their promise. But our work isn't done. You can help us ensure we continue to support our next generation of leaders throughout the Shenandoah Valley with a donation today.

Your gift goes directly toward supporting our mission while helping meet specific needs we are facing as an organization this year, including: 

*Ensure youth have access to our programs. Free transportation for our youth is essential, and your gift will help us purchase our own vans to make sure transportation is never an issue.

*Invest in our people. On the Road is committed to providing a living wage for all employees and ensuring our full-time employees have access to medical insurance. Your support helps provide this.

*Expand our reach and make sure our impact continues. Your gift will help fund our new program at Kate Collins Middle School in Waynesboro and support our expansion within the Shenandoah Valley.
