Welcome Otto!

Otto had been roaming the streets for weeks, just trying to survive. Then, finally, someone kind (@coronahappypaws) came along and rescued him. She found him a foster home, and for a while, it seemed like Otto had finally found safety.

Unfortunately, things took a heartbreaking turn. Otto and the foster family's male dog got into a scuffle over a piece of steak, and Otto ended up at the Ontario shelter.

But the woman who had saved Otto's life once before saw him listed on the shelter's website. She knew she couldn't turn her back on him and leave him there. She reached out to me, and I reached out to Love's Legacy Rescue for help.

Love's agreed to back Otto, and today, Otto got his freedom.

I was at work so Otto's guardian angel

@coronahappypaws picked him up and brought him to our house.

He is safe with us now. After everything he's been through, this sweet boy finally has someone in his corner.

His story could have ended very differently, but because people cared enough to step in, Otto gets another chance.

Welcome to safety, Otto. Your life is just beginning
