Taryn shared why mental health support is so essential, and how access to it can make the difference between chaos and stability.

When Perri duGard Owens first came to Family & Children’s Service as a young girl, she received the counseling support her family needed to navigate a difficult season. Years later, as a parent, she returned to F&CS this time as a foster and adoptive mom, ensuring her children had the same balance and support she once did. Today, she serves as a board member and passionate advocate.
