At Positive Change Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are dedicated to supporting veterans, frontline workers, and their families as they navigate the challenges of PTSD, trauma, and emotional distress. We recognize the weight of these struggles—the silent battles fought long after the uniform is removed or the emergency call is over. Too many suffer alone, unsure of where to turn. We are here to change that.

Through a holistic approach that treats the whole person—mind, body, and spirit, we combine alternative therapies with evidence-based practices to foster deep healing and long-term well-being. Our services include sound therapy, mindfulness practices, peer support, and personalized healing plans that empower individuals to move at their own pace. Whether someone is hesitant to seek care or ready to engage fully, we meet them where they are.

By exploring the science behind sound frequencies, vibrational therapy, and their effects on PTSD, anxiety, and depression, we aim to expand accessible, effective healing options for those in need.
