Direct Support for Program Participants

$38,000 – Transportation Assistance: Covers MetroCards and stipends so participants can get to training, interviews, and internships reliably.
$37,000 – Food & Nutrition: Supports participants facing food insecurity with consistent access to meals and snacks during programming.
$50,000 – Clothing & Supplies: Provides clothing vouchers for attire and gear needed for daily training, interviews, and sector-based internships.
