Kahilu needs your support for this year's Waimea All Schools Art Exhibition!
It takes a community to put together this event each year.

Every year the Waimea All Schools Art Exhibition at Kahilu brings together the artistry of the students of Waimea’s public, private, charter, and immersion schools under a unifying theme. For 2026, the focus is: Moʻolelo ʻĀina, Moʻolelo ʻOhana: Land Stories, Family Stories.

Since 2014, this exhibition has grown to feature over 200 artworks created by over 400 participating students from Waimea’s 11 campuses. The staff at Kahilu works alongside Waimea Education Hui, our community’s educators, and community partners to treat each artwork as a masterpiece to be cherished and shared with our community. This takes a lot of time, many hands, and significant financial resources.

In the absence of grant funding and corporate sponsors for our 2026 exhibit, we are asking the community to help us cover the expenses. Your support will help purchase disposable display items, create special displays and promotional materials, support participating educators and community partners, and compensate the many assistants that make this exhibition possible.

Although our keiki may be in different classrooms on different campuses, we are: One Waimea, One School.

Moʻolelo ʻĀina, Moʻolelo ʻOhana: Land Stories, Family Stories will be on view in Kahilu’s Simperman and Suli T. Go Galleries from April 23 – May 31, coinciding with many end of school year events at Kahilu.
