Be GirlPwrd is a purpose-driven organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and unlock their full potential. We exist to close the gap between talent and opportunity by providing structured mentorship, skill-building programs, and transformational experiences during the most formative years of a girl's life.

GirlCode

GirlCode is our foundational empowerment framework. It focuses on confidence-building, character development, leadership, communication skills, and personal accountability. The Level Up Lab

The Level Up Lab is our skill-development and future-readiness initiative. PWRD Up

PWRD Up is our flagship career exposure initiative, introducing girls to industries where women remain significantly underrepresented, including technology, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and construction. Through hands-on exposure, mentorship, and industry partnerships, PWRD Up shows girls a future beyond the careers they're most often shown, and equips them with the early awareness and confidence to pursue it.
