This one-of-a-kind fundraiser pairs our amazing Dynasty Stars special needs dancers with caring adult “Buddy Partners” for an afternoon of connection and celebration through ballroom dance.

By joining us as a Buddy Partner with a $150 contribution, you are doing far more than attending an event:

You’re directly funding inclusive dance programs that empower children and teens with special needs.
You’re helping provide mentorship, confidence, and joyful opportunities for youth who are too often overlooked.
You’re taking part in an intergenerational movement that research shows strengthens entire communities.
And—you’ll get the fun benefit of learning two easy ballroom dances alongside your Star!

Why Intergenerational Events Matter

Research consistently demonstrates that when young people and older adults come together, everyone thrives.

For youth: increased confidence, stronger social and communication skills, and exposure to positive role models.
For adults: greater purpose, reduced isolation, and the opportunity to learn from the resilience and authenticity of youth.

- Male adults (or females comfortable leading) with female Stars
- Female adults with male Stars
Celebration & Dance Games with all participants
Closing Keynote + Group/Solos Performances by our Stars

Our inaugural Partnering with Purpose event also received overwhelmingly positive feedback from community leaders. Event Chair Judy Bronstein shared:

"I was delightfully surprised at how successful every part of the afternoon was. The event was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. I especially loved that the Stars were empowered to take the lead by teaching their Buddy how to ballroom dance. By the end of the afternoon, our Stars and their Buddies were hugging—a remarkable milestone for some of our students with sensory sensitivities—and taking pictures together as friends.

For the past ten years, I have witnessed the positive changes Dynasty Stars has made in the lives of its students and their families. However, this was the first time I truly saw community members engage with our Stars as individuals rather than simply watch them perform. The focus on inclusion, belonging, and bringing generations together created something truly special. It demonstrated what is possible when we intentionally create opportunities for meaningful human connection."
