We took in 8 puppies from the same litter — 1 is already hospitalized with parvo, and the other 7 have received life-saving monoclonal shots.

Costs have already hit approximately $2,000 and could reach $5,000+. A case of monoclonal costs almost $1,400, and giving it before symptoms appear can save lives & prevent hospitalization.

💔 In Loving Memory of Peter 💔

With heavy hearts, we share the heartbreaking news that our sweet Peter — one of our recent rescue puppies — has crossed the rainbow bridge.

Despite every effort, including intensive veterinary care, Peter lost his fight against the devastating canine parvovirus. He was so small, but he fought with every ounce of strength he had.

While his time here was far too short, Peter knew love, warmth, and gentle hands. That’s a comfort we will carry with us always. 🌈🐾

Parvo is a highly contagious and dangerous disease, especially for unvaccinated puppies. Please, please make sure your pets are up-to-date on vaccinations — it can mean the difference between life and death.

Peter leaves behind 7 littermates still in our care. They are receiving treatment and monitoring, and we’re asking for all the love, prayers, and good thoughts you can send their way. 💛

Our current fundraiser has raised about $1,200, we're so grateful for our donors, but we still have a ways to go to cover Peter's care before he passed (and the shots for all 8 puppies), as well as ensuring his littermates are covered in case they unexpectedly start to deteriorate.
