Pathways to Prosperity is a workforce and economic empowerment initiative designed to connect adults with the skills, technology, resources, and support needed to strengthen their economic future.

Through our upcoming 16-week cohort, participants will have access to career and workforce development, technology and digital-skills training, practical AI and workplace tools, career preparation and employment support, and resources designed to remove barriers to successful participation.

Our approach recognizes that career advancement is difficult when someone's basic stability is at risk.

That's why Pathways to Prosperity is designed around two ideas: helping people strengthen the foundation beneath them while creating opportunities to move upward.

Our goal is not simply to help someone find their next job. We want participants to leave better equipped to navigate today's workforce, increase their earning potential, and continue building toward long-term economic stability.
