join us on thursday, july 16 from 6:30-7:45 PM for a gentle slow flow yoga practice benefiting our friends at pawster 🐾

who is pawster?
when pet owners hit a crisis, pawster steps in to house their dog or cat in a loving foster home until their person is back on their feet. no pet should have to be surrendered because their owner is going through something hard.

where we'll be
heart of wisdom, downstairs studio (facing the courtyard)
1216 4th ave n., unit 110

free parking is available in the lot behind the building, with street parking nearby too — just steer clear of the covered parking area. here's a quick video walkthrough showing where to park and how to find us.

spots are limited! grab a ticket to reserve your space. every body welcome. ✨

can't make it but still want to support pawster? you can donate directly by selecting "I'd just like to donate" and we'll make sure 100% goes straight to their foster program!
