The Rock What You Got Fund leverages stage and story to drive gender equity and we do it through fun and educational arts and entertainment programming like the Pay Gap Comedy Shows. These shows are listed as FREE to attend as we want everyone to feel welcome regardless of your ability to pay. However, if you are able to support our mission with a donation, you'll provide opportunities to compensate our performers and artists in this and future shows and allow us to expand our student mentorship and internship programs.

Panel Session: Mind the Gap!: What happens when a group of women commit to supporting each other?

The LadyBrainers group has been meeting for over 7 years. A group of friends, entrepreneurs, and freelancers who decided to band together outside of their social interactions to encourage each other on all those big decisions: salary negotiations, childcare needs, aging parents, book manuscripts, career changes, menopause and even TV show deals. Let’s chat about how we mind the gap.

Allison (Ali) Kaplan // Vice President of content for MSP Communications’ Cities Media Group, which includes Twin Cities Business magazine, where she also serves as editor in chief. She hosts a TCB podcast about leadership and innovation called By All Means, and also hosts the radio show Shop Girls on myTalk107.1. Her latest side hustle is Mother Of, an online dress resource for mothers of the bride and groom.

Eliesa Johnson // Photographer and owner of The Restaurant Project, Eliesa Johnson Photography, Rivets and Roses and Photogen Inc. Over the last 19 years, her studio has built these brands, along with a team of artists and have become leaders in their industry. Eliesa and her team have had the pleasure of photographing restaurants for various publications, including Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, Delta Sky Magazine and even the 2016 - 2023 James Beard Awards. She has received recognition at PDN's Taste Awards as one of the best Editorial Food Photographers in the world.

Kellee O’Reilly // A 'catalyst for change' and the founder / CXO at MonkeyBar Management, a boutique firm that helps organizations get "from where they are to where they need to be" via truth-telling conversations, transformational thinking about the future, and alignment around critical success factors. Kellee is the co-founder of an Executive MBA style certificate program via Texas A&M University and facilitates a number of peer groups focused on sharing and benchmarking for small business owners.

Kim Kalina // Director of Marketing and Design for Minnesota Ice (one of the fastest growing companies in the Twin Cities - Fast 50 award recipient), and has owned Green Olive Design (a boutique design firm) for over 25 years.

Molly Herrmann // Community Outreach + Events Manager for The Market at Malcolm Yards. Molly’s entrepreneurial roots began with two businesses that she founded: Tastebud Catering and Kitchen in the Market, a first of its kind in the Twin Cities shared commercial kitchen space and cooking school.

Stephanie March // Currently as both Executive Editor of New Media and Senior Editor of Food & Dining for Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, Stephanie talks about the local eating and drinking landscape on multiple platforms including her podcast/radio show Weekly Dish on MyTalk 107.1, her weekly food segment on the Fox9 Good Day morning show, and as a regular contributor to both local and national media outlets.

Stephanie Meyer // A health coach, cooking instructor, personal chef, and author. Stephanie created Project Vibrancy Meals and has authored two cookbooks, Twin Cities Chef’s Table and The 30-Minute Paleo Cookbook.

Zoë François // A former restaurant pastry chef and owner of Zoë Bakes Media, LLC. She is the author of the 2022 IACP Best Baking Cookbook, ZOË BAKES CAKES, co-author of the best-selling Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day series and is working on her 10^th cookbook, Zoë Bakes Cookies. She also hosts Zoë Bakes and is a judge on Silos Baking Competition, both on the Magnolia Network.
