This year, Ekar Farm is growing more than vegetables - we are growing hope! Our new squash field is dedicated entirely to nourishing Venezuelan refugees and immigrant families in Denver’s Northside. Every zucchini and squash we harvest will be shared with those building new lives in our community.

And we’re kicking off the season with Zucchini Fest - a joyful evening of community games, activities, and of course, zucchini treats, including bread baked in collaboration with Reunion Bakery.

100% of proceeds from the event and this campaign go toward food and immigrant justice - from seeds and compost to harvesting and delivering thousands of pounds of fresh, organic squash directly to families in need.

Join us in squashing hunger, building connections, and creating a future where everyone has access to fresh, healthy food.
