Girls With Impact (GWI) was founded in 2018 to address a critical gap: young women often lack access to the business, leadership, and confidence-building tools needed to succeed in today’s economy. Recognizing this, CEO Jennifer Openshaw launched GWI in partnership with educators and leaders from Harvard Business School to deliver a modern, outcomes-driven approach to leadership training.

Today, GWI is the nation’s leading live, online business & career education program for young women ages 14–24, equipping 20,000 students with the skills, confidence, and network to lead.

Percent Pledge is proud to partner with Girls With Impact (GWI) this Women's History Month, by turning connection into impact.

Every donation helps GWI provide access to life-changing programs that equip young women with the skills, confidence, and networks they need to succeed — in college, in careers, and in life.

Your contribution directly supports:

Leadership training
Career readiness skill-building
Entrepreneurship and innovation programs
Scholarships for young women from underserved communities

Together, we can help shape the next generation of women leaders.
