The mission of Percy's Angelic Cat Rescue is to rescue cats and kittens in need from homeless or abandoned situations as well as from shelters or private citizens needing support in the Midlands of South Carolina. We home-foster while providing veterinary services (spay/neuter surgeries, medical care, immunizations, and microchips), socialization and manage adoption placement to responsible, indoor homes.
