Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis (PFIC) is a rare genetic liver disease that typically leads to liver failure before age 10. PFIC Network is based in the Red River Gorge and supports the global PFIC patient community. We would love to know in advance that you’re coming. PFIC Charity Open Disc Golf Tournament This is a non sanctioned 2 division, 2 round, single day, singles tournament focused primarily on raising money and awareness for PFIC Network. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable competitive environment for those looking for it in the Open division while providing a relaxed beginner friendly experience for those interested in that as well in the Recreational division. Please be honest when choosing your division. -Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division. -Winners for each division will be based on cumulative score from both rounds. In the event of a tie there will be a sudden death playoff on holes 1, 2 and 9. -Optional $5 Ace Pot for first ace hit. (If not hit, there will be a single elimination long putt contest before the awards ceremony.) Open Division: -Shotgun start. Reshuffle cards after the first round. -Cash prizes: $300/$200/$100 Recreational Division: -Shotgun start. Front nine only. -Prize packs valued at: $75/$50/$25 -$25 registration fee per person that includes: * Entrance to tournament * Players pack (details to follow) * One CTP per division * Dinner, live music and other entertainment after tournament * Optional lunch will be available for purchase at the event.
