Pickle Envy is a small scale fermentation business in Austin run by best friends Mae and Libby. We've been operating out of a shared commercial kitchen space in South Austin for the past two years, which has enabled us to grow our business more than we could have dreamed of! Within this past year our operation has grown so much that we no longer fit within the confines of a shared space and are making the move into a kitchen of our own.

Our dear friends and fermentation mentors at White Mountain Foods have generously offered us space in their yogurt-making facility here in Austin. The move to White Mountain would greatly increase our refrigeration space, enabling us to meet the demands of our growing business. We also will be able to have full ownership over our space instead of sharing with other local businesses.

In order to make this move to White Mountain happen, we need YOUR HELP! We need $10,000 to be able to design the new kitchen of our dreams. This well help fund the installment of a new A/C system, new permits from the City of Austin, a new industrial food processor, five metal work tables, three new racks for increased shelf space, and ensuring our staff stays PAID while we take time off from farmers markets to make the move!
