This beginner-friendly session will take place at 6:30pm on Thursday, June 11th at Cabot Park in Newtonville.

We invite you to join us in strengthening our bodies while supporting The Second Step with a suggested donation of $25. Every dollar raised will go directly towards helping survivors of domestic violence heal and thrive in safe and supportive communities.

About The Second Step:

The Second Step provides free, trauma-informed services for survivors of domestic violence throughout Greater Boston and beyond.

Dedicated to ending the cycle of abuse, we offer wraparound services--including safety planning, legal services, counseling, housing stabilization, support groups, community education, and more. Together, we help survivors heal and thrive while raising awareness to prevent abuse and build a healthier community for all.

About Leslie Miller, MSW, CPT:

Leslie Miller is the founder of Pilates and Mind in Newton. She is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor, Pelvic Floor Specialist, and Personal Trainer. She holds a Master’s Degree in social work from Fordham University.

Please note:

Parking is free and abundant at Cabot Park.
No Pilates experiences necessary -- participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Class is free with a suggested donation of $25, which supports the work of The Second Step.
