Since 1967, Community Services of Venango County, Inc. has been helping individuals and families across our region through programs that provide hope, stability, resources, and support when it's needed most.

We're excited to introduce Plates for a Purpose, a new community fundraising brunch inspired by our beloved Empty Bowls tradition. While honoring the same mission of "think globally, act locally", this reimagined event celebrates community, compassion, and the power of coming together to make a difference.

This year's proceeds will benefit our Backpack Bundles Program, which partners with local school districts to provide children experiencing food insecurity with easy-to-prepare meals and snacks for weekends when school meals aren't available. As food costs continue to rise, so does the need for this vital program.

Thanks to a generous sponsorship by Northwest Bank, 100% of every ticket purchased helps provide a local student with meals for an entire weekend. Together, we can ensure children in our community have the nourishment they need to thrive.
