Join us on April 15 at the Bengal Theater on the campus of Idaho State University in Pocatello for a special community screening of the critically acclaimed documentary #SheBelongs.

This is more than a film screening — it’s a community soccer gathering celebrating the power of sport to bring people together and create opportunity for young women.

Players, coaches, families, students, and supporters of the game will come together for an inspiring film and conversation about belonging, leadership, and the global game.

Community Goal — $5,000

This event has a simple goal:

Raise $5,000 to expand opportunities for girls through the #SheBelongs movement.

Funds raised will help:

• Bring the #SheBelongs film to more communities

• Support leadership opportunities for girls in sport

• Grow the #SheBelongs Collective, a national player network for girls in soccer

If everyone attending donates $5–$15 more, we’ll reach the goal together.

Every contribution helps move the movement forward.

About the Film

#SheBelongs follows a unique team of refugee and non-refugee young women who travel together to the 2023 Women’s World Cup, discovering friendship, identity, and belonging through soccer.

Their journey reveals what happens when girls from vastly different backgrounds come together around a shared love of the game.

The result is inspiring, emotional, and deeply relevant in today’s world.

Idaho State Community Connection

This screening brings together the Idaho State soccer community and the greater Pocatello community around an important conversation about girls in sport.

Soccer has a unique ability to build confidence, leadership, and belonging, and events like this help strengthen opportunities for girls in soccer right here in Idaho and across the Mountain West.

Live Conversation After the Film

Following the screening, stay for a live conversation with members of the Idaho soccer community and selected #SheBelongs players.

Together they’ll explore:

• What it means for girls to find belonging through sport

• How soccer builds confidence and leadership

• Why investing in the next generation of girls in sport matters

This is a rare opportunity to hear behind-the-scenes stories and real experiences from athletes and leaders growing the game.
