This one-day training is required to secure your ability to apply for our Power On Heels Scholarships.

The POWER Purse Program™ (PPP) is structured to enhance and enrich skills, expand opportunities, and advance careers. It will cover 3 Key Areas focused on having an impact on individual and organizational growth. One of four PPP sessions must be completed to be able to apply for scholarship

Key Area 1 – Emotional Intelligence

This session introduces participants to Emotional Intelligence as a leadership skill that drives confidence, communication, resilience, and influence, especially in today’s fast-changing workplace.

Key Area 2 – Personal Leadership

This session is not about managing others. It is about leading yourself in the direction you have intentionally mapped out—especially when distractions, doubt, and external noise compete for your attention.

Key Area 3 – Financial Mastery

Managing your finances and credit is crucial in 2026 as it helps you build financial stability, avoid debt traps, and achieve your long-term goals. With rising costs and economic uncertainties, a solid financial plan can provide security and peace of mind. Training provided by JP Morgan CHASE.

Here is some additional information to help you decide which session to register for.

Anyone working to achieve their AA, BA, or BS regardless of age. (i.e. 18 to 60 years of age)
U.S. Citizen Status not required
Must be attending an institution within the U.S. (We cannot award scholarships outside of the U.S.)

Please note, plan attendance matters for this session!

If you arrive late or leave early for this session, you will not qualify for complete attendance. You must attend the ENTIRE session! No exception!
We do track attendance throughout the session.

For the best experience, we kindly recommend joining the virtual session using a laptop, iPad, or desktop.

While cellphones are convenient, they can make it more difficult to fully participate in breakout group activities.
