Every child deserves to start the school year feeling confident, seen, and mentally strong. But too many youth in underserved communities face barriers that impact their emotional well-being before they even step into the classroom.

On August 16th from 10AM–2PM, we’re hosting our Flourish & Grow back-to-school wellness workshop at the R.I.S.E. Demonstration Center in Washington, D.C. — and we need your help to make it unforgettable.

We’ll welcome 50 middle school youth (grades 6–8) for a day of empowerment, mindfulness, movement, vision boarding, and connection. Each student will receive a bag filled with school supplies, snacks, and tools for mental resilience.
