This spring, approximately 35 Ida Price Middle School Choir students have an incredible opportunity to attend a clinic at the Disney Imagination Campus, followed by a performance at Disneyland — a special event available only to select school music programs.

This experience is more than just a performance; it is a chance for our students to:

Showcase their talent on a national stage
Learn from top professionals
Experience the magic of music in a way that will inspire them for years to come

Fundraising Goal

To make this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity possible, we need to raise a total of $40,000:

$35,000 from family donations of choir students
$5,000 from fundraising, grants, and business sponsorships

These funds will cover essential costs including:

Transportation
Meals
Hotels
Tickets
Performance fees

Our goal is to ensure every one of the 35 students can participate, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

Supporting this trip means more than just funding buses or meals — it means helping our students feel the pride of stepping onto a world-class stage, hearing their music echo in a premier venue, and knowing their community supports their dedication.

With your support, we can give our students the gift of performance, the joy of teamwork, and an unforgettable experience representing Ida Price Middle School at Disneyland.

Trip Contribution Schedule

To confirm participation in the Disneyland Choir Trip, families are asked to follow the donation schedule below:

Initial Donation: $200
Due by November 7th, along with submission of the [Disneyland Trip Interest Form].
(This secures your student’s spot for planning purposes.)
Second Donation: $400
Due by January 9th.
Final Donation: $350
Due by March 6th.

This brings the total donation amount to $950 per student. All donations go directly toward trip expenses and are non-refundable.

Monthly Donation Option

Families who prefer to spread out their contributions may choose to donate in equal monthly installments of $190 from November through March.

Maximize Your Impact with Corporate Matching

Many employers offer matching gift programs, which can double or triple your donation at no extra cost.

Both parents can request matching donations if eligible through their respective employers.
First, make your donation through this fundraising page.
Then apply to your company's corporate matching portal (such as Benevity). Search for:
Cambrian Educational Foundation (our district's official nonprofit partner).
In the notes or comments section of the match request, please write:
"Price Choir Trip".
After submitting your match request, please notify your Choir Parent coordinator so they can confirm receipt of the matching funds from CEF.
Submit matching requests by 12/7/25 so we receive them by 3/7/26.

If you're unsure whether your company participates in corporate matching, please check with your HR department or corporate giving portal.

Disclaimer

The Price Music Program and its volunteer Parent organizers are committed to doing everything possible to ensure a trip takes place during the current school year, based on the funds raised. If the full fundraising goal is not met, the trip itinerary may be adjusted to fit the available budget.

Please note:

All donations are non-refundable.

If the trip is canceled for any reason, all donated funds will be carried over and reserved for a trip in the following school year.
Any remaining funds after the trip will be allocated toward future travel and program needs of the Choir and Price Music Department.
